Description
The special Cuvée blends are part of Pierre Tilquin’s family tree project: a different blend for each member of the Tilquin family. Cuvée Marguerite was blended on March 12th, 2024, in honour of Marguerite Tilquin-Lambert (1839–1912), great-great-grandmother of Pierre Tilquin.
This traditional oude gueuze consists of 10% one-year-old lambic, 60% two-year-old, and 30% three-year-old lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Refermented and aged in the bottle for over one year, resulting in an elegant, complex gueuze with bright acidity and refined depth.
