Description
The special Cuvée blends are part of Pierre Tilquin’s family tree project: a different blend for each member of the Tilquin family. The Oude Gueuze Tilquin Cuvée Jean-François is a blend in honor of Pierre’s ancestor Jean-François Tilquin (1759-1832), consisting of 10% two-year-old lambic and 90% three-year-old lambic, matured in oak barrels. The beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for 2 years. Very tasty, complex and yet very drinkable.
