This Oude Geuze is a one-time edition created by Frank Boon and was bottled on April 29, 2019. Frank created a special blend with lambic beer from the oldest foeder and the youngest foeder. ‘Apogee’ means ‘the highlight’ or ‘icing on the cake’. With this bottle, Boon Brewery celebrates Frank’s achievements as well as the handover to the next generation, because Frank is passing the torch to his sons Jos and Karel.
