Description
Traditional Oude Geuze to celebrate the five-year anniversary of Eylenbosch’s revival. The Eylenbosch Cuvée Jubilée has been carefully blended and bottled in a limited edition of 777 numbered magnum bottles. This beer is primarily sourced from the oldest foeder, where lambic from various barrels and foeders was combined and allowed to mature further. The weighted average age of this blend is three years. For this blend, both the oldest lambic from 2019 and the youngest lambic from 2024 were used, beautifully capturing the full five-year anniversary.
