Manu De Cort created this unique pastis in a monumental copper still. This pastis is the result of a search for the perfect balance between herbal maceration and distillation. Anise and fennel seeds, coriander, cinnamon, liquorice, star anise, cardamon, black pepper… much more than just anise. This exceptional pastis was awarded a gold medal by the jury of the World Trophy 2021.
