Cantillon Ashanti Lambic is a spontaneous fermentation beer, made with gorilla pepper. Ashanti is the little sister of Zwanze 2022. The same recipe, but a little more focused on the lambic taste compared to the first blend. The spicy taste is still strongly present and harmonizes perfectly with the natural power of the Cantillon lambic.
