Description
This mellow gueuze is a traditional mixture of young and old lambic, fermented and matured in oak barrels. The label refers to the stag beetle, which is sometimes seen in Huizingen. It has a special bond with the farm. This beetle lives for years as a larva in oak and deciduous trees. For only 1 month it changes the shape of a stag beetle to reproduce.
