Fruit lambic with Reine Claude Conducta plums from Hoepertingen in Haspengouw, Belgium. This pink-purple plum has a crispier flesh and a higher sweetness than other plum varieties. 3 Fonteinen macerated them for almost seven months in an oak barrel that previously contained white Chardonnay from Burgundy, France.
