Brasserie Bobbi, Haut-Ittre

Bobbi is a young brewery whose barley fields are located in Ittre and whose lambic activity is anchored in the city centre of Brussels. Bobbi’s lambic matures in oak barrels in the cellars of the Saint Géry Halls. Bobbi’s brewmaster is Kloris Devillé, son of Bart Devillé of the Den Herberg brewery in Buizingen.

In 2022, the Walloon Brabant lambic brewery released its first lambic beer: Strawberry Lambic.
